DO NOT USE THEIR CAMERA IN MAIN SEWER LINE SERVICES!!!! My main sewer line was backing up so roto came out and used the auger to clean it out, no problems with this except their price is high compared to others. I also asked for a camera to be put in my line to see what the issue was. Their camera guy came and did his thing. he proceeded to tell me my sewer line was destroyed and it needed to be replaced for $8,000 - $12,000. The guy tried to pressure me into getting on a schedule to have it repaired right away. I trusted him about as much as i would have hitler. need less to say i had 2 other companies use a camera on my main line and they found no issue with my line other than a big clog at the end. The clog was hydro jetted out for $1,000. No need to replace anything. This company will not give you a recording of the camera, and will not give a written report of what is wrong. I would recommend CME plumbing, which is who i used.
The technician was thorough in his explanation of the issues what was needed and made sure I was satisfied
Came back a few days later to fix another issue we had. Very professional and thorough job.
We had August come to unclog our drain by our garage. He was excellent! Friendly, professional and got the job done!
Tyler was very helpful and professional. He managed to get both jobs completed in an hour.
