I had gotten acrylics in the epping walmart location and they looks terrible I do not recogmend my left ring finger nail is uneven the lady left acrylic pieces under the acrylic nail so I had to pick it out and hit my skin multiple times while using the electric filer I will not come to this salon again.

Over all the experience wasn't bad they were nice but not super friendly or talkative which I was okay with but overall it was not very clean and the files definitely hadn't been cleaned recently which didn't make me very comfortable, I didn't love my shape but I'm sure you could have it changed I just felt a bit uncomfortable asking but for the price not bad at all. I got a full acrylic set for 45$ plus tip. It definitely is nails in walmart so it's kind of exactly what you would expect.

I should have known better getting my nails done inside a Walmart, but I read the positive reviews and figured I'd give it a try.nI have never been more disgusted in hygiene practices, pandemic or not, than I was today. Please do not go to Regal Nails, or at least verify improved hygiene practices prior to going. I wish I had.nMy technician wore a mask and had a barrier between us. They do not have you clean your hands upon arrival and nor do they. There was no social distancing between customers. The girl next to me was about 2 inches away and they also expected as to share the UV light with our hands.nMy technician not once washed her hands. She grabbed her phone, turned on the sink for my nail soak, touched doorways and multiple drawers and not once washed her hands or sanitized. When my manicure was done I did watch her rinse her hands with water only.nI'm an RN so I may be more observant with hygiene practices than most, but this is unacceptable, pandemic or not. And if all this weren't enough, I got a terrible manicure. She used a nail drill (that is used on dozens of other people daily) to get off my old gel-polish, along with soaking, another infection risk. These are peoples fingernails!! Gross!!nI'm sure this is a systemic Regal Nails and Walmart problem, not just the Epping location, but please don't go here until their practices change. It's not worth it.

Great staff who knows what they are doing. Sadly I moved from the area but I have found a new nail love. But this place it quick and not over priced.
