Questionable work. Unresponsive. Unhelpful. Would not recommend.nnWater heater in my house was installed 2 months ago. The water never came out hot no matter what adjustments were done. Called Rich to see what was going on. With the many phone calls he didn't answer the majority of them and never called back. When he did answer he would try putting the blame on something or someone else. Eventually my father and I figured out that there was a missing o-ring in the mixer valve and there was no way the mixer could make any adjustments without it. Tried calling him multiple times to see if he had the o-ring for us to use and never answered our calls. After some time at the hardware store and trial and error an o-ring that would work was eventually found.
