Went in on 1/21/21 and i made an appointment for a trim. I sat down and i believe it was Lauren who was my stylist. I asked her for a trim, nothing too crazy. She cuts my hair and finishes it. I look in the mirror and notice some uneven spots and lengths. Brought it to her attention and she said “it’s just the angle it’s all even.” I then straighten my hair when i get home and notice that it is many different lengths. She was not good at cutting hair and should realize that it’s not ok. I called in and a manager will be fixing my hair for free on The 28th. Maybe she’s new, but she must practice more before she takes clients. We’ll see how my hair turns out. But take the time to drive 10-15 minutes more to go to the Bedford Supercuts location for an even haircut.
They did a great job giving me a skin to fade, great haircut and came out boss.
Hairdresser listened to how I wanted my hair cut. It came out great!!!!!
Do not reccomend one of the males. I told him to not cut my hair to short because I wanted to keep the flow but this manz literally cut all my hair off.
