So glad we were able to find this property to rent- other plans didn’t work out but I could not be happier with my stay at Phoebe’s Lodge. Very clean and inviting, fun for the whole family and it’s in a great location in downtown Conway. Thank you.

Phoebes lodge was the perfect home away from home for our annual ski weekend. We had a blast and the house gave everyone their own space with plenty of bathrooms. It is conveniently located on Route 16 making it easy to get into town as well as several of the ski mountains in the area. I have rented from Kerri multiple times over the years and she is always a pleasure to work with. We look forward to coming back next year!

A great place to stay! Fits the whole family and can fit friends too! Very clean and tidy. Everything was way above and beyond what we expected. The game room was an added bonus for the kids and gave us adults a chance to relax. We will definitely be booking again and have already recommended to many friends. Thank you for a great stay!!

Perfect weekend away!! Walking distance to saco kayak and canoe for tubing and only minutes to the outlets. 2 kitchens a game room and beds, futons and pull outs for at least 20 plus. We spent most our time enjoying the back yard and fire pit. We plan on coming back annually to enjoy our girls weekend!!
