Jeremiah and his team are tops! I highly recommend them and cannot say enough good things about their responsiveness, professionalism and great disposition. Whether it’s a late night emergency or an early morning question, they are always available and there when you need them. I would highly recommend Birch Hospitality.

We made the best decision choosing Jeremiah and Lisseth to manage our vacation home. They set up our property on AirBnb right away to get the most out of our first winter season. Their pricing model gets the best profit for us and them. They are available 24/7 to our guests and handle every situation with poise and efficiency. We were impressed with the way that they handled back-to-back rentals all season that kept our place at peak occupancy rates. They truly make the entire experience worry-free. We would rent any of the properties from Birch because we know that they are top quality, sparkling clean and they really go out of their way to add a personal touch to every stay. Their reviews say it all.

Birch is the best decision we made! I would never have imagined that our home would be so clean and well kept. Their response time is unmatched and they professionally communicate with all inquiries and guests. The amount of time and money I have saved in hiring cleaners, taking reservations, ensuring the upkeep has far outweighed their reservation fee. It would have costed more in time and money to do this on my own. Thank you for taking care of our home and my sanity!!!

I have been working with them since last fall and it has been a pleasure. Great communication with me ( the owner) and with guests. The house is always clean for new check in AND they are very responsive when an item needs to be attended to. I have been extremely pleased.
