I was referred to Quint and sons by a friend who had a bad experience with another company. The two brothers in this family owned company are extremely fun to work with! I never thought having this job done would be so special and memorable!. They are knowledgeable and willing to answer questions about how the septic system works and and how best to keep it working well for a single user, with a tank and line almost at ground level, not buried deep. They actually came out in April and since there was ice in the tank, we rescheduled and they didn't charge for the April call. Their rates are a little higher than other companies but they go the extra mile, get all the sludge from the bottom and are pleasant and professional in their demeanor. It is evident they take pride in their work and their profession. Working with Quint gives true meaning to support local :) If I needed this job again I would use them. I would refer to anyone who needed this job as well.

I had an emergency need to have my septic tank pumped and Quint & Sons went the extra mile to get us pumped out the same day we called. Chris the driver patiently answered my questions and provided expert advice. Excellent experience.

I found OM Quint through a Google search and read the mixed reviews. My experience was extremely positive. Being the first time I had needed this service at my vacation home, I didn't know where to find the access. The people at Quint were responsive and very helpful in directing me how to dig for it and came soon after I called back to say we had located the cover. The pricing was very fair. I was asked in advance about branches in case I needed to trim for the truck. I highly recommend this company.
