Ordered a turkey wrap with no lettuce or tomato got a turkey wrap with lettuce and tomato, tasted like it was made hours before and reheated. Wrap was soggy and tasted just bad. Fries and mozzarella sticks were good! Sad to see new menu items just for them to be made poorly or hours before.
I tried the new Sweet Potato Waffle Fries. They were pretty good! Arby's is always a good choice!
Waited in line for 20 minutes after ordering, finally got to the window and waited another 10 and they told us the total and it wasn't for our order. The employee said to hold on and we said nevermind we were tired of waiting. At least 4 other cars left as well. Worst experience so far! All Arby's I've been to seems to take at least 20 minutes even when there's only a couple of cars in line. Very unacceptable!!Also a little pricey for fast food.
I love the food but they r slow and it takes 45 min to get thru the line
I got some of the best advice in my life here, from the dude in the takeout window. Much appreciated... the food was good as well including two shakes. A bit pricey however spent $25 on two meals.. probably because of the $4 shakes.
