We purchased some items from here didn’t have everything waiting for almost a month. Told difference times there coming then. Hung up on when called and asked if they have any updates ! got a call order was in went there and then told product was now more money over all everyone that was there completely rude !

I was referred to Windy Ridge for Chain Saw parts and Service. My first trip I was greated by the young Woman on the desk who not only helped me pick out the proper chains but she made a new Chain off the Chain Saw chain roll and hammered the links togther. 2nd trip two men greated me and the Customer Service was also Great. 3rd trip soon because I just broke the Vibration damping Sping bolt by the trigger on my Huskey 350 Chain Saw. I am certain that the Folks at Windy Ridge will fix it in a FLASHnP.S.
