I forgot to take any pictures but this was the first hooters I've ever been to. We went as a joke but turns out we loved it so much that we came back the next night for supper. Amazing food, amazing drinks and wonderful service. Possibly my favorite place to eat in Newport and its dog friendly!

I come here often with my coworker to wind down and have some wings and few drinks. The staff is great minus 1 bartender that refuses to make an old fashioned the way it should be done. In her words after I asked about muddling “we don’t do that here”. Other times we’ve ordered them they were made perfectly the correct way, which I informed her and she followed up with an obvious attitude “they shouldn’t be doing that”. Look lady... you don’t have to be rude just because you’re unhappy at your job.

It saddens me as a former Hooters Girl of this location to make this review and admit just how bad this place has become. The switch from Franchise to Corporate has ruined this place. It is impossible to dine in and receive your meal in less than 1 1/2- 2 hrs. The place can practically be empty and it will still take this long. Every time I come, I hope for a different experience but its the same issue every single time. Not to mention the terrible management, hiring/ training standards, elimination of live entertainment, JB Finns never in operation etc. Such a great space on the river being wasted at this point.

Order snow crabs should have known, but asked waitress if they was fresh and hot she said they drop them fresh, not!!! cold as hell and had Cajun seasoning all over them (wasn’t on the menu that it had that) couldn’t even eat it and it was $24.99. Other than that service took forever was in there for 2 hours just two people mind you I didn’t even eat or got a refill. Waitress was to busy playing outside with her kids, manager had to give me our check didn’t get offered something else to eat after my food I order was bad ! Came home starving !!!!All in all HORRIBLE!

I am usually not one to complain and just accept what i am given. However, the only thing that was right out of our takeout order were my tacos. We were missing sauces, missing onion rings, our food wasn’t cooked properly meaning my fiancé’s burger was RAW. I’m truly just disappointed. Maybe better for dine in? Definitely didn’t get the $50 worth or quality.
