This location called me after 80 minutes from my order to inform me one of their drivers called off (my estimated time was 45 minutes for delivery When I ordered) also that my food was not fired yet nor had drivers to bring it and it would be another 35 minutes until they could get it to me. I am so so so so happy I chose to pay cash! I don’t understand why they waited so long to inform their customer about their order. And expected the customer to pay full price

The California hear cauliflower pizza is true heat! They made it extra crispy, since i was picking it up five minutes before they closed, but it was hot and flavorful! Decent pizza place, nice flavors.

The food is always tasty but this store has a really bad habit of getting special instructions wrong or ignoring them. We enjoy all of their sandwiches, salads and sides but don't care for the pizzas, but the food we do enjoy we love and will keep coming back. Wish they had sales or coupons more often.

Pizza was cold & I believe I know or possibly know why. They are way understaffed & look miserable & overworked.nBathrooms looked as if you were in a Porto John.nCan’t blame the staff for management & corporate greed.nLobby really updated & believe me you can dress up a garbage can too.nLove the menu location to my neighborhood. Pizza is top notch when fresh out the oven.

Were out of a couple items and low on others. Never said anything about being out of their pizza sauce, but tasted and looked like tomato sauce..no basil or any other spice to it. Employees were all very dry in personality and customer service. Have eaten at this location haf dozen times..may have been my last but don't think they really care if they lose a customer or not
