When they get it right, it is great. But when they get it wrong, they do a great job of getting it wrong.nnWe got a 7 dollar salad that was soaked in dressing despite requesting the dressing on the side.nnWhen we called to complain it took 2 days and threatening a charge back before the owner finally got on the phone and handled the issue by simply making another salad.nnIt should not require so much just to fix a small issue.

9-16-20 1:15pm ish.nNot all Subways are that great to eat at, but this one I had such a great experience. The place was super clean, the food was fresh, and guy greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and was very friendly.

DO NOT PLACE A PICKUP ORDER! We ordered two sandwiches on 5/9 and when we got home realized both were missing toppings such as guacamole, and extra cheese and meat which obviously cost more! Called the location at 4:15, 30 minutes after pickup and as soon as my husband got home, and were told by a manager who barely spoke English that we had to bring the sandwiches back to the store during a PANDEMIC. Her explanation was that they have “too many orders to make them correctly”. What?! Isn’t that your job?
