I was in the market for a hair stylist closer to home, but I was very disappointed with my service here. I brought a photo of how I wanted a few pieces of blonde put in for the summer. I said I didn’t want highlights. She ended up putting highlights on top and way too much blond. I tried to tell her while she was putting in the foils that I only wanted some painted pieces but she assured me that she knew a better way and that she was confident it would look great. I was very upset and came back to say it wasn’t what I wanted and she made me feel like it was my fault and was rude. I was upset all day about how much I hated my hair. I tried to contact the salon and she tried to book me with another stylist. Aside from hating my hair, and how unprofessional Alexi was, her station was disgusting. Covered in hair and product. I certainly don’t recommend going here. Maybe other stylists are better here but I’m not going to chance it.
