Heartland Property Management

Do not go through this property company. I live in Colorado and called them for a place in Nebraska. The guy Jeff told me to come down to Nebraska we packed up all of our stuff in our son and came down here just to be told that they don't know what's going on with our application. We were promised a place to stay down here no matter what even if we didn't have jobs yet. This morning when I tried to contact him he would not answer my calls or texts neither with the property management. I am now traveling all the way back down to Colorado because I have nowhere to stay here. Do not trust these people they will leave you stranded. If I could give them negative Stars I would.

The mgmnt co is awesome. The off site mgr is wonderful, easy to talk to and convey concerns to. She gets problems taken care of.
