Taco Bell

This Taco Bell has an awful drive-thru and tends to get my order wrong when ordering multiple items. No one is present when you go up to the speakers (I even had to call out one time) or even at the window until several minutes later. You're better off going to a different Taco Bell if you can, even if it's further away. Or just pick a different fast food place. Overall, the food is very good here but the service is awful, hence my two-star rating.

We were in town for a medical apt. We do not have a Taco Bell in or near our city so we were looking forward to ordering at the drive through prior to leaving town. The female order taker was rude and unpleasant. They were out of Coke and the $5 box was limited to items of their choice, not as described on line. We accepted what we got and was disappointed with the unprofessional service and the food. Will not go there again. Very Disappointed!

Updating my review as I've come here 3 times in the past week and been kinda disappointed all 3 times. The food has always been good but the first time they gave us the wrong order, 2nd time I felt like the guy working the window was making fun of me for what I ordered, the 3rd time we waited in line at the drive through FOREVER.

Burrito supreme...add extra cheese, onion and green sauce. Love love it!

Service is inconsistent. Some days the store is closed. I wish they were better
