If I could leave less than one star I would. The service was terrible. They don’t know the difference between pump cheddar cheese and sliced cheddar cheese. They said that the tea was fresh and it was not. It tasted old and rotten. They charged us $4 for extra cheese on 7 sandwiches when we didn’t get extra cheese. They messed up two of our sandwiches and shorted us one. This has been on multiple occasions and nothing is ever done. They keep giving us coupons for a free meal but the hell is the point of a free meal if they can’t even make it correctly. We called the service number and they sent in a report and offered to send us more free meal coupons. We don’t want your coupons if you can’t make the food right. They need a new manager or something because this is ridiculous.

Great food but slow service

Food was good yesterday but the employee walking around with earbuds on singing out loud was the rudest situation i have witnessed for a long time. Since when do teenagers think they are so self entitled to do what ever they want on the clock. While cleaning the tables around us, I could barely hold a conversation with the person I'm eating with. Next time I go in there and it happens again I'm going to say something of my own. The manager should be held accountable for substandard service. 4-3-2021 @ 1400 hours.

You pay more but always on point with taste! Only place that makes decent shakes and has a shake machine that works!

Just ordered a chicken, bacon, swiss meal with a medium fry. My sandwich came with just chicken, lettuce, mayo and tomato. Is missing a couple items there and definitely not supposed to have mayo. The fries were filled up about halfway and took over 15 minutes to get.
