Crystal Acres LLC

Our family has been renting cottages at Crystal Acres for over ten years. A lovely place for our yearly family reunion. We love the quiet cabins, the cool air, the peace. The waterfront has been perfect for our children throughout the years -- smooth, sandy beach for toddlers, gentle sloped water for tentative swimmers, and a raft for the older ones to race out to. We swim, kayak, bike, walk. Nearby are go carts, mountain hiking, and movies. We rent multiple cabins, depending on how many are coming. Then we spend all evening playing cards on the screen porch. Love it.

Beautiful peppery with a full slate of amenities. The owners are extremely friendly and personable, which is good since their permanent residence is right on site. We made friends with the family staying in an adjacent building at the same time as us - it's just an environment that fosters these kinds of quick friendships. Right on the water of an absolutely beautiful Lake - their particular view has the mountains directly behind the lake as a bonus. We spent nearly every morning drinking coffee watching the sun rise over the lake, all day swimming/kayaking, and then every night swimming and watching it set over the opposite side of the lake.
