I mean... it's a laundry mat? Rarely ever packed when I've gone, management is quick to respond if something is wrong (i.e. change machine won't give quarters, washer or dryer isn't working and eats your money, etc.) But has rarely been there when I'm there. It's kept clean and tidy and very rarely is there an out of order machine as well. The only thing I don't like is that there is no public restroom so I have to leave my clothes and walk to another business to use the restroom.

Doing my laundry it is always easier here. Big washers and dryers. Makes washing your blankets super easy.

Took 3 pairs of Jean's in to be starched. All had been pressed since they were new so all have lines where need to be pressed. I asked for extra heavy starch. When I got them back there was hardly any starch used, Jean's were full of wrinkles, and only pressed halfway up the leg. It was a very half ways done job. Zero referral for them nor business to me.

Would be better if there was more seating. Would also be nice if the bathroom was open all the time.
