They're good about getting to our apartment building as soon as they can - and in a timely manner. They've also come to our house and done fine too. We needed a part on our heat pump - you know. When it's in the 90's, and ac is your lifeline. Their prices seem more reasonable than their competitors.

They are always prompt to respond, work swiftly and professionally, snd are reasonably priced. Technician was an excellent young man. Had to replace a part he had replaced at the beginning of the year. NOT HIS FAULT, but still apologized and had our furnace running in no time. I would not hesitate to recommend Pettitt.

Not a friendly receptionist at all. Made me feel like I was a bother for calling and asking for help, so I will not be calling again.
