Very poor customer service. It’s not necessary to come in my home and be this rude! They have spent 4 days “drying” my carpets from a flood. My house smells like sewer, the carpets aren’t going to dry completely anytime soon, the pads were saturated. They refuse to shampoo because there is still dampness. I just need them shampooed already. At the very least they could send a Tech who isn’t rude to the tenant.
