Very rude and unprofessional, his tone was very demeaning and condescending. This man's sour attitude made for an altogether unpleasant experience. I would suggest going to any other dry cleaner in town, at least you won't get verbally attacked.
I would definitely not recommend this place. The guy was extremely rude when I took my winter coat in to be cleaned. He very rudely told me that I needed to stop wearing a fuzzy scarf and that this would be a difficult project. He told me it would take several weeks and was slightly annoyed that I brought the coat in. I left the coat but returned within a few minutes to pick up the coat and go somewhere else. He asked why and I told him that he was extremely rude. For a small business, he needs to work on his customer service skills. He tried to explain how busy he was but that is not my problem. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT go there!
I checked in clothes on Friday and was told they would be done Wednesday. They were not done Wednesday when I stopped. The owner was extremely snarky, condescending, and rude, blamed employees for the mistake when he was the one I spoke with when the clothes were dropped off, never apologized and did not offer any resolutions. Terrible customer service and I would not recommend this business solely based on the owner's lack of professionalism and common courtesy.
Very rude and unprofessional, can't keep any help due to his attitude and then complains he's over worked. I put up with high prices and a bad attitude long enough. Don't recommend this business due to the owner
Took my wedding dress in only 4 days before our wedding this past April and didn't hesitate even on short notice. Did a great job with no wrinkles on my dress. Definitely recommend!
