Days Inn by Wyndham Lexington NE

We rented 2 rooms because of a large family, in one of the rooms we found 2 bed bugs with-in an hour of checking in!! When we asked for a full refund so our family could stay elsewhere, management was rude and refused to fully refund us. Which in turn forced part of the family to have to stay in a bed-bug infested hotel for the night. We were sorely dissapointed and feel that we received very poor customer service!

Overall we had a nice stay! Room seemed pretty clean and kept up. Halls and stairwells could use a little more attention but we still enjoyed our stay.

Mostly clean and very quiet. Shower worked, but the shower head adjustment was broken. Complimentary breakfast was decent, with waffles, eggs, cereal and toast.

Friendly curteous staff. Clean and Comfortable! Nice breakfast!

The sheets and pillow covers were stained and they refused to acknowledge it.
