Holiday Inn Express Kearney

Two of the front desk staff were 5 star. Brooke spoke to me the day before our stay and was friendly and very inviting. Morgan checked us out when we were leaving Easter morning and was very helpful and made us feel like valuable guests. One star was lost because the bed was VERY uncomfortable. I would have asked for a better, more comfortable bed.but we had the jacuzzi room.

The reception staff was excellent. I called and asked if I could check in early to put our baby down for a much needed nap and they said yes. When I arrived they already had the room key ready for us. 5 stars for the friendliness of the staff. The reason I had to downgrade to 4 stars overall is because the beds were uncomfortable and I didn't sleep well and some parts of the building felt old like the elevators and swimming area.

Stayed during a winter storm this past weekend. Parking lot was a bit icy and my wife fell. Room was clean. They say the beds were queen size but they seemed like fulls. Breakfast was decent. They had prepared bags with a muffin, fruit cup, and a jimmy dean breakfast sandwich that you could warm up in your room or in the lobby. They didn't appear to have juices for breakfast, only coffee or water. Didn't use any of the amenities as we just stayed to sleep and get back on the road in the morning.

Excellent staff, very clean hotel and rooms. Had our heater/ac unit go out about 30mins into our stay. My wife called the front desk and they where on it! Joseph Hopkins the General service tech was super courteous and friendly while he swapped the entire unit out! Very pleased with the staff here!

Nice clean, quiet, comfortable room, very friendly and helpful staff, noon checkout, convenient to Crane watching. Will definitely staff there again.
