Some of the most amazing customer service we've ever experienced. Our daughter (3) left her precious Minnie Mouse doll in the lobby on our way out, and before we were 5 minutes down the road, Dory was calling us to let us know. When we pulled up, she was walking out the front doors to meet us, Minnie in hand, and it was -6 and snowing! It was one of those rare above-and-beyond moments of kindness from a stranger that you only find in towns like Kearney. Whatever this hotel lacks in fancy updates and amenities it makes up for in service.

Rooms and bed was great!! Great front desk staff. I was there for two weeks for work and needed to do laundry and they were out of quarters. The young lady at the front desk called her dad and he brought me $10 of quarters so I could do laundry. Only in Nebraska can you get great service like that!! I would definitely recommend staying here for a night or extended stay! Very clean and sanitary for you safety against the covid. I would definitely stay again and tell everyone I know to stay here if they are passing through Kearney.

My stay was great just had problems with the pricing. I was told I could not use my AARP or AAA discount as it would cancel my pet fee. I ended up paying full price plus a pet fee for two nights. First place this has ever happened to me and I will find other places to stay on my next visit. This was not my first time staying there and never had a problem before..very disappointed.

Very nice, but the breakfast was just a bag lunch......not sure if they were effected by COVID. The room key had to be reset all the time.

Hotel is nice but is not kept quite as clean as Ive experienced in the past. My recent stay had a room w a bit of mustyness covered up with far too much disinfectant. Floor wasnt vacumned well. My thought is hotels are not as busy this past year so they should be clean as a whistle. People here are nice. Breakfast sandwich is horrible. Americinn Hotels are built with cement block walls and are very quiet. Recommend .
