Very interesting and historic place to visit! My tour guide was very insightful about Mr.Volstead and his family. The house is lovely with a lot of history within its walls. A must see!
Nice old house and history of man who wrote prohibition law in 1919 and farmer's coop bill. Lady gave tour. Suggested donations $5.00.
The Volstead House Museum is really interesting. The tour guide was knowledgeable, and I left wanting to know more. Expect to take about a half hour there, if you're just looking for a place to visit and learn more about this man, so instrumental in Prohibition.
A must stop on your visit to Granite Falls. Wonderfully preserved home with a lot of history
