I have been going to this hardware store for over 30 years back to when it was coast to coast before it was Grady's Ace hardware. I am usually able to find what I want there and they are very helpful and friendly people that work there. They have very competitive prices and good sales.
Really nice people and they know their stuff! I was looking for some screws for a project and they found the right ones! I really like this Ace!
If I could give this Ace zero stars I would. Use a gallon of gas and go to Menards. The customer service is better at Menards in addition to the prices being way way lower. Ace does small engine repair. I dropped my ice auger off in mid November to get it tuned up. They said it would be about a week. I got it back today (December 30th). It was not finished yet but i needed an auger. I got it missing the air filter assembly and had the wrong gas cap on it. A month and a half for nothing. Ever since this has become a Grady's Ace the store has gone downhill. The employees just don't care. I will never spend another cent there..........I dropped my auger off at All Seasons Sports in Delano. They had it fixed in less than 24 hours (on a weekend!!!!!!).
For emergency use only. They are overpriced and their inventory is sporadic.
