I was originally quoted $15,000 to fix our pipe (which meant to jackhammer our basement floor) from another company. I was referred to Bruce Nelson Plumbing and couldn't believe how much thry saved me, along with great quality work and professionalism from everyone! Everyone of them I spoke with was very knowledgeable, professional, honest, and very helpful! They went above and beyond then I could have ever imagined. Instead of using a jackhammer to tear my basement apart, they only had to do it in 2 areas, just enough to cap off the pipe on each end of the pipe that was rotten. They ran a new pipe in my ceiling, which not only fixed my pipe issue, but saved me $13,279 from the original quote I was given. The other company basically stated that ripping up my basement and paying $15k was my only choice. Thank you to everyone at Bruce Nelson Plumbing, will definitely call whenever I need a plumber.

I purchased a new boiler from Bruce Nelson Plumbing & Heating, as well as plumbing to replace all my old galvanized water pipes. I am 100% satisfied with BNP&H. All of my interactions with them were great; everyone was professional, courteous, honest, communicative and clearly focused on doing everything they could to make me knowledgeable about, and happy with all the work they completed.nnI highly recommend Bruce Nelson Plumbing & Heating.

Got two outdoor leaky faucets replaced. Previous faucets were welded onto copper pipe running to inside the house and didn't have tools to do it myself. I was able to book an appointment with Bruce Nelson Plumbing quite a bit sooner compared to other plumbers so that was a big plus. Onsite, plumber was friendly, knowledgeable and on time. Work done met my expectations. Overall, my experience with company was very positive and would recommend them to anyone.

Called for an estimate and the owner was very rude. We didn’t know what all we were standing in need of, which is why we called for him to take a look at things and do an estimate. We’ll take our business elsewhere!
