This old lady was intense to begin with once i walked through the doors. She charged me double for drinks and chips. i go back in an ask politely if this was correct and she takes a look and says what’s your question? very rude lady, needs communication lessons. ud83dudd95ud83cudffb

Unbelievably horrible customer service, I understand there was a rush going on; I work at a Jimmy Johns I know it can be stressful but the workers there were taking it out on me and my boyfriend and brother. The bread person was yelling and getting our sandwiches mixed up. Tyler was his name I believe, snapping at the customers, rushing, just unbelievable. Another worker under the name Gavin was the only one there being respectful.

I been to this subway for quite some times already, most of the time the staff was friendly and helpful. But today around 715pm, this kid with glasses was absolutely rude, one of the sauce i ordered was finished, he didn’t even tell and ask if I like something else but wrap my sandwich right away. I question him again, with a tiny voice I can hear “nope”. Then proceed to the counter. When I opened up my sandwich at home, the sandwich messed up and all over the place. This is sad...unfriendly staff and kid doesn’t like his job. Not going back anymore.

Food good, clean environment but the 2 staff working were very, very rude. Ignored me when I walked in and made me feel like an inconvenience. Would be 5 stars if the usual staff I see were working.

Compliments to the older gentleman working. He took great care in preparing our subs for a birthday party. He individually wrapped each footlong into 6 inches, included mayo and mustard, boxed and labeled the different types and helped me carry it out to my car. It's amazing to have customer service like this!
