Great food, line was slow, like painfully slow, but food was great so it gets to redeem itself

favorite fast food restaurant. has amazing and healthy food options and the best ranch dressing money can buy. their try 2 combos are an amazing deal and the chocolate strawberry is the perfect little dessert. their staff is also amazing and very friendly!! definitely recommend.

First and foremost we walked in and weren’t greeted. Then I have a group of 4 and one child so we get the pick 2 for each of us and a kids meal. 2 of the people in my party have never been to this place before and had no idea what to get. They’re weren’t friendly when it came to me having multiple orders. I had mine, my sons and my husbands. We’re just rude and not caring about the fact that I needed some time to figure out what everyone was getting. I felt very very rushed and there was no one behind me. My mother and little brother were also with us. The two who didn’t know what to get since they’d never been there before. My little brother has autism and getting him to pick new things is never easy and she also felt very disrespected when ordering. Then at the end of all of it I was paying for everything and they charged me an extra meal in which I brought up to the shift lead and he then voided my whole transaction and made me pay for it again in which wasn’t a big deal for me because I had the money to do it but now I have a charge pending for $73 and for $61. Very very inconvenient. I brought up my concerns of how my party was treated and all I got was I’m sorry that’s not appropriate I’ll talk to the correct people. Nothing to try and correct it. Will be also writing to their corporate team about all of this. Anyone who spends any money there shouldn’t be treated like this. This isn’t customer service. Not to mention this is not the first time this has happened to me at this location. Anyone wanting lunch or dinner there beware.

Lobster bisque had a great flavor, turkey bacon club was fresh and tasty. The chocolate covered strawberry was the perfect touch of sweet. Will definitely eat there again.

I’m obsessed with the soups and salads here! I highly recommend the Mushroom Bisque for any mushroom lovers, and the Avocado Chicken Chop Salad for those who love avocado! The employees are always SO kind and welcoming. I feel so annoying because I modify stuff and ask so many questions ud83dude02 but they make me comfortable and never make me feel like I’m annoying with my high maintenance orders! :) love going here especially during this pandemic, it’s an easy and fast pickup.
