I love their chocolate chip cookies especially when my nephew the manager makes them their soft and chewy

The only option was 1 star or I would have gave less at this point. We ordered through a delivery service that was connected to their website to order (post mates). An hour went by and our order was cancelled. I had already called the store and they said that our order was sitting there waiting to be picked up about 30 minutes prior to our order being cancelled. After getting the cancellation from postmates, I called to see if we could pick them up. When I sent my S/O up there to pick up, he called and said that subway had made him repay for the order, and gave him the hour long soggy subs. Postmates would and should be the ones compensating Subway and if we were picking the subs up ourselves and paying full price, we should have received fresh subs! Hailey the night manager said “well, they were already made”. After I explained how upset I was she said that I could come back and get them remade (at this point it has been nearly an hour and a half). My kids were hungry, had school in the morning and after I told her that we could not come back she offered store credit, which was also only offered to drive all the way back to the store! I am absolutely NEVER coming back to this location. Please do not support this business that would serve you subs that have been sitting out over an hour long, you WILL most likely get sick!

I haven’t had subway in a very long time and decided try it again, bad idea!nFirst the counter where subs are made was completely disgusting. It was full of crumbs and other toppings. Second one girl was on her phone and proceeded to treat me like it was an inconvenience for her. When I asked for extra toppings she simply forgot them and until the sandwich was being wrapped up. The second girl who helped me was nice and polite very professional. All and all I would not recommend this subway location, I am sure there are better ones out there but this one gets low stars for sure.

Great place for a subway sandwich. Always a pleasant and enjoyable staff to help. Quick service here!

I would give it 5 stars but the last couple times I have been the staff was kind of rude.
