Food was decent service was rushed and a bit snippy but overall not a terrible experience
We had several very good meals at St Cloud RR recently. Very pleased so we returned. Today our meal was not prepared how we ordered it...at all. We were disappointed. We called & talked to the manager. He was very understanding & listened to our complaint. He said he would give us reimbursement from our charge. This was fair. We'll return & give it another try.
Ordered at counter, there may have been mix up as waiting out side for half hour plus. Still liked the burger fries but perhaps not as hot as should have been.nSimple miss communication.
Everything was perfect the same 2 waitresses have been there a long time. They know whats up. Big tall glass of beer. Everytime I go here I have great experience. I come once or twice a week and I've Everything on the menu.
Good burgers, loved that they have a lettuce wrap option.
