My family frequently orders Taco Bell. This was our first time ordering from the new location, and by far the WORST experience with Taco Bell we have ever had. Ordered happy hour freezes, but the employee entered them as large. When politely asked to change them, she became rude and abrasive, downright snotty. When arriving at the window, the four freezes I ordered are only half full. The food was very cold, every single one of our tacos were busted, and the other stuff was only partly and loosely wrapped, spilling and mixing all over the bag. Almost like she threw a temper tantrum because my husband asked her to stop yelling at him. I think maybe customer service is the wrong career choice here.nnThe tacos had next to no food inside them, and the lettuce was soggy and wilted. Searching the google reviews, this is a common problem at this location. There were also several blond hairs in our food, and the whole thing met my trash can. What a waste. $30 that I will definitely not make the mistake of spending here again. Do yourself a favor and spend it elsewhere. Definitely wasn't worth it.

All our food was very fresh and hot. Whoever is managing tonight must have things under control pretty well! Wow ⭐ And they were busy too! So nice to have a tasty hot meal after a long day and you're too tired to cook!

As a local, this is my go to Taco Bell now. Service is fast, staff is friendly and know what they're doing, food is excellent. No complaints!

Taco bell is always a great place to stop for lunch. food is always great and also they have faster drive thru than any other fast food around

I say this as an avid Taco Bell fan, so take it for what it's worth. This Taco Bell is clean, the employees for the most part seem happy to be there, the food depending on what you get slaps. Fresco portions are great, vegetarian food is pretty solid (namely power bowl fresco/black bean sub meat). Honestly, you won't get better value anywhere else for the portions per $. Very rarely do I ever get anything wrong with my order and they give you copious amounts of napkins (at least 4-5) per order.
