Very impressed with the courteousness of employees. Store is clean, orderly and stocked full. If you don't see what you need, they'll help you get it ordered.nI went in to pick up some stuff that my sister and bro in law had ordered, expecting it to be kind of an ordeal to accomplish (based on experiences with other retailers.) I walked in, was greeted warmly, professionally, was helped immediately, and was on my way back out the door within 10 minutes with the order. Will not hesitate to recommend to others. I find customer service and professionalism to be lacking in so many places, it is so very nice to experience it so pleasantly as I did here. Thank you.

I have been a regular customer of Mathew Hall Lumber for many years. They are a valuable rescource for me in many areas. The staff is always very helpful finding what you need and making sure you have what is required to properly do a project. They're quality of wood products is far superior to other retailers in the area. I've never had to return sub par materials to Mathew Hall like i have to other places. They have located replacement parts for doors and windows, when I thought it was not possible to get them. There tool selection very complete and quality brands.
