A month or so ago I purchased Kwik Trips highest level car wash and went through on the soft touch setting with my vehicle. There must have been dirt or something in the brushes which scratched up the left side of my 6 month old vehicle. I drove home and noticed this and immediately went back and filed a report. Kwik Trip Corporate contacted me within a week and tried to say the damage was on the vehicle when it came into the wash but what they pointed out was obviously dried salt lines on the front bumper. I brought the vehicle to 2 different body shops for estimates and both said it was obviously car wash scratching due to the way it continually ran down the entire left side. They then turned it over to their insurance company who said that being no one else reported an issue that day that there wasn’t anything wrong with the wash and will not take responsibility. I would highly recommend not supporting this business in the St. Cloud area as their customer service is very poor and They don’t accept responsibility for their equipment failing. I will now recommend that my friends, family and coworkers to avoid their stores and stick to the locally owned fuel stations.
It's Kwik Trip! This one has a car wash as well. Great stuff and the karuba gold is great and I'm not a big coffee fan. Love me some kwik trip.
