They never get the orders right!!!! Don’t order bacon you get it uncooked. Order a BLT, called and asked if they could please make the bacon extra crispy, instead it wasn’t heated or cooked. Employees are lazy and unwilling to listen to paying customers. Won’t be waisting my time or money there again. Good thing we now have Jerseys Mikes

Picked up a cold cut combo this evening and all of the meat was Bologna.. Almost all of the veggies were in the middle of the sandwich very poor, poor service. This has happened once before, but I didn’t comment on it, so now that it’s happened again, it needs to be addressed. Tried calling their phone five times and nobody answers at Subway in Prior Lake Minnesota. If you want a good sub, go to Jimmy John’s or Davanni’s. At least you get the ingredients in your sandwich you ordered!! See ya Subway, bye.

As a former local who has visited Tops Diner several times since I was a kid, this place will always have a special place in my heart. Tops has a great selection of menu options and are always upgrading their food, so I typically try something new every time I visit.

We have consistently had poor service here both during and prior to Covid-19 so you can't even make that excuse. Our order always has something wrong. The last time I got asked in the app to give feedback so I did, and indicated that this wasn't an isolated incident. The response I got? Just an apology. Would've liked to at LEAST get that incorrect order replaced.

I take my family to this great spot a lot! This is the best place to grab a bite. I go there many times. The food is very tasty, the staff members are courteous and the price is good. I enjoy being in this restaurant to have a nice dinner.
