The young lady running the whole place all by herself(!) was so kind and proficient. She got our order out just right and we had a big one! It was right at closing time and she still had patience with us. Her staff had all called in that day. It was only her and the cook.

My husband saw the sign that read '5 regular roast beef for $10 so we had to stop. We thought there was no inside purchasing so went through the drive-thru. There was a long line and it took awhile but the employees were working as fast as they could. They apologized for the wait. My husband enjoyed all 5 sandwiches!

Arby's has 2 new fish sandwiches for what might be a limited time. The Deluxe sandwich is a monster. The Alaskan Pollock fish overflows the King's Hawaiian bun. It's topped with fresh lettuce, tomato, and an excellent tasting sauce. This is one of the best fish sandwiches I've ever had. Try it. Not sure how long it will be on the menu

This Arby's is very good at taking your order, getting you through the line and having the order ready within moments. I only have two issue with this location. First is the location. The drive through starts at a entrance to the mall and it can be an issue, especially when peeps can't seem to get in a semblance of order, not block the entrance, and pull up when it's time. The other issue is the intercom is located at a point (well before menu board) where it seems some people can't read the menu and pull way past it. Never had a problem driving any type of vehicle seeing the menu. This appears to make the back and forth communication difficult to get the order done. This could be also the customers issue - not aware of intercom placement even though it is plainly labeled, unfamiliarity with the menu and not prepared to place order, or just plain mindlessness. Good food, good service, drive thru can be an issue.

I can tell you as a door dash driver, this place is the absolute worst I’ve ever seen in wait times.I’ve waited over 15/20 mins multiple times in the drive through line... great food,people seem to be nice but GOD awful service on wait times.nnAre you under- staffed daily? The wait times continue to push me away from accepting any dash at this place of business... 20 minute wait timenOn a MondaynnI’d be embarrassed of my ticket times as cook/manger/owner.nn40 minute wait on 3.15.21 FORTY
