Matt was our first contact in selling my mother's house after she passed. He was sympathetic and took things at our pace. He had endless patience with us as we made repairs and got things up to code on the property and emptied the house and numerous out-buildings. He was quick to answer our calls and texts. He would check in with us if he hadn't heard from us in awhile and offered words of encouragement when things didn't seem to be progressing. He was a great listener, heard what we were saying, and could address any issues we had. He knew resource people and had contact info for us every step of the way. We would recommend him to anyone who needs a realtor. Excellent service and wonderful attitude dealing with some difficult situations.

Absolutely the most outstanding service, I’ve ever used. This property had many roadblocks. Matt came thru time after time with daily updates. If Matt wasn’t on our team, I Guarantee we wouldn’t have the property.
