I was in the Howard Court for an appt with Kim Lantz at Jersey's hair salon. Jersey's is cozy with very nice decore and a pleasant atmosphere. Kim is very sweet. Great haircut!nI've also eaten at Baily's Cafe at the Howard Court. It's an open area which includes a small dinning room. The food is excellent! Their pancakes are as big as the plates. They have stuffed hashbrowns to die for. There are several offices from an optician to psychologists and a medical Marijuana dispensersy in the building. An elevator is available for those who have trouble climbing stairs. There's also off street parking behind the building.
