Highly recommend this company for any type of rental. We've been in several of their apartments/homes, and are extremely happy with the units. The owners are easy to work with and maintain clean, well maintained properties.

Tom and Brad are wonderful property managers/landlords. They helped my family and I with finding a nice place to rent right after we lost our home to a house fire. They are easy to work with and always available when I had an emergency. I recommend them to anyone I know who is looking for a place to live.

When we decided to make the move from Missouri to Northern Minnesota it was exciting but terrifying at the same time. Trying to find a place to live that was everything a family of 4 needed as well as in a good neighborhood was extremely difficult. I found Woodbridge Investments while searching and everything was smooth from then on. I shared with them exactly what I was looking for in a rental and they took it from there. Once we decided on a house everything was ready for us come move in day. We made the 900 mile trip and Tom Wilman was there to greet us. It was the perfect home us and our two small kids. We rented for several years before finally settling on our forever home. There was never a time during our rental period that Woodbridge wasn’t available to us for any questions or issues that may have arisen. We had normal routine maintenance issues come up (pluming, dishwasher, fridge) and we never had to wait longer than 24 hours for someone to be at our doorstep to fix whatever the issue was. I would recommend Woodbridge investments to anyone looking to rent or looking to rent out their own home. You would be in Excellent hands through the duration of your rental time, that is a guarantee.

We have used Woodbridge every summer for the last 5 years. The furnished properties are fully equipped, comfortable and attractively decorated at a reasonable rate. Tom and Brad are easy to work with and respond quickly to any maintenance issues.
