One of the better police forces on the range. Low level of corruption compared to the rest of the area. Aren't afraid to show their presence without being too over the top. Could definitely handle domestic disputes better, but these guys aren't bad. They seem to do their job of protecting and serving.

Wow, just wow! Search up a youtube video about the interaction between a journalist and Sergeant Everett of the Hibbing Police Dept. Shouldn't a Sergeant know the laws he is trying to enforce. Illegal detainment and illegal search are the items this City will now be paying money for due to the actions of this Sergeant. Is he teaching other officers? Hibbing get this officer some re-training. Where there is no crime there should be no detainment.

I just watched a video of your officer illegally detain and assault a citizen for doing a lawful activity (photography). You need to take down the American Flag that is in front of your station, as your officers have broken the very Oath they promised to uphold. Looks like Nazi SS Tyrants work for your department and run wild in Hibbing.
