Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru, then told there's no steak. Yes people steak escape has no steak but they have chicken. Well KFC has better chicken. Worst steak escape in the state.
I ate here few mos ago during covid. There is another fast food business attached called Taco John's.nWe ordered 2 steak bowls. I was very disappointed. I didn't even call to complain because I don't think they can fix this.. Maybe I was holding the standards too high im not sure. Compared to Chiplote the ingredients were not fresh. The lettuce was dry and it did not look fresh. The bowl was not even full.

It took 20 min to get a cheese steak.. this is to long for lunch rush.. had one guy who had pre ordered did not even know that was a thing for fast food..everything was so slow for a lunch rush even on taco side.. it is a shame the cheese steak was very good... if you have under an 1 1/2 to eat to not go
