My experience was not so good. 2 people came in after and ordered at the register as I did. They both got their pizzas before me. The lady started on another and I inquired about mine. She finally made it. I also had requested they wipe off the counter as it was quite gross. Took 2 requests. Otherwise it sticks to the bottom of the tray. Most of the Papa Murphy's have been great. Hopefully the Hibbing location fixes it. Especially the dirty counter. :(

Needs more staff or a better manager. The poor girl behind the counter was almost in tears by herself and doing all that she could to hold it together.

Best pizza on the range, including the other papa murphy's on the range! Very friendly and professional.nnNote to regional supervisor:nAbout girl y'all have as store manager. Enjoy it while it lasts, I deliver A LOT of restaurants and I have never been this impressed by any employee like I am with her. She has no limit as long as she doesn't allow herself to get stuck, which I doubt she will, her drive is palpable. Wish y'all were still on my route, stay safe!

I my family loves Papa Murphys Pizza they have always been fantastic, Until the last 3 times I have ordered. Pizza is not pizza with out cheese, is it? I get my pizzas home and maybe 1/8 cup of cheese on it. I go to the store and get cheese to put on it, figuring it was an over site. I’m fine things happen. Then a week later we get another pizza , very little cheese again. I buy more cheese. The 3rd time they hand me my pizza and I say, you don’t have hardly any cheese on this pizza, this is the third time this has happened, what’s up with that. I was told, it’s because you order a large thin crust pizza, we put more cheese on the regular crust. I said, what there the same thing, pizzas need cheese on them. She said that’s the way it is. I don’t like to make waves so I just left, went to the store and picked up mozzarella cheese. No when I got home we pulled off as much cheese as we coul and between the two cheese we had maybe 1/8 of a cup. Ifilled out the coupon code and told them, they said we would get a phone call, that was 3 weeks ago and have not heard from them. I guess I’ll go toSammys and pay more, but I know I will get cheese. This happened in sept and twice in Oct of 2020.

I went in on 02/02/2021, ordered a large Chicago stuffed with jalapenos and green pepper, and a large pepperoni and pineapple, walked to the tobacco den, shopped for a few, ud83dudc4dcame back to a pepperoni & pineapple and a pizza with mushrooms, ud83eudd2e, and olives, ud83eudd2e and they wouldn't refund me, and made mess pay for the Chicago too!
