I went to Empire Strikes Back on Thursday for $5. Theatre only had myself, my son, and another family of 6 or so. Sound was total quality. Not too loud but was powerfully perfect and could feel the bass in my body. The chairs were comfortable, I just wish I could recline slightly more. Seeing star wars on the big screen made me see new things and paid more attention. Awesome experience. As usual drinks and food were expensive but worth it for this quality and spacious isles theatre.
Quick and easy service, solid theater experience.
My wife and I went to the Friday, 9:30 pm, showing of the forgotten carols. We were the only people in the theater. It was nice having our own private theater until the lights came up. Then within 2 minutes, an employee came in and stated quite rudely that the theater was closed and we had to leave as soon as possible. We had been collecting our stuff when he said so.
The staff were amazing when we came in, but this one kid helped end it as an unpleasant experience.
Management needs to train these kids that customers should always be afforded courtesy and respect, even if they themselves are in a hurry.
I love that all of the seats are VIP style, the theaters are always clean, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. We recently got the Cinemark membership thing since we go to the movies pretty regularly, and the discounts have been nice.
They are good at keeping the comfortable lounge chairs sanitized & safe for us to sit in to watch the movie, and hardly anyone was there.
