They weren't busy at all, the lady taking my order sounded annoyed and then they got my order wrong and sadly I can't just go take it back because I left work to get lunch and by the time I got back to work is hen I realized they messed up. Ordered the classic roast beef sandwich, ended up with beef and cheddar on an onion bun... I cant eat onion due to food allergy so it went in the trash.

Has indoor dining with so.e closed tables. Fast food. Friendly staff. Clean. Nice clean bathroom too! Close location off freeway.

Horrible Service . If I could give a -0 I would . I worked at a corporate Arby’s for over 5 years as a manager we always had timers to ensure good food quality for our customers. I was so disappointed we order 4 small curly fries, our fries were hard as a rock I’m 100% sure those fries were at least two hours old. So disappointed of the service and employees is not like I was getting food for free, so if I’m paying for it I expect my food to be fresh. Employee seemed like he was mad didn’t even said hi or thank you . I ordered 7 sandwiches I asked for sauce and all I got was two packets of Arby’s sauce for an order of 7 sandwiches, 4 small fries and large mozzarella sticks. Sooo disappointed of this location in Springville if I could give a -0 I would.

I gave Arby's 5 stars cause I love the food but the customer service at the springville, UT location is a different situation all together the lady at the register seemed put out over my order (I was ordering for my whole family which was 10 ppl) I went into the restaurant to place my order instead of the drive-thru cause it was such a large order & I know that it was black Friday & all but we has customers deserve to be treated humble as I was to the cashier I grow- up being told to treat ppl the way u would want to be treated
