My A/C stopped working on one of the hottest day we have had this year. First, I am thankful the nice lady who answered the phone could get someone to me within 24 hours. Second, Jed J was our tech and he quick and efficient and very nice. I am so happy to be sitting in air conditioning again! I will stay with Aquarius for all my future A/C and furnace needs.nnSept. 2020nJon S. just did my fall A/C and furnace check-ups. He was patient, kind, efficient and gets an A+ from me. I had questions that he took the time to answer. I appreciate good customer service!

David from Aquirius was quick and professional. He did a great job planning the layout for the house and working with me to ensure the system met my needs.nnMick led the site team and did an equally good job keeping the team moving and the site organized, which helped them finish work ahead of schedule.nnThey were also able to install the system quickly and their team did a great job organizing and minimizing the exterior line runs.nnPlus, my house is a lot more comfortable. I'd be happy to work with them again, and i think that's the best endorsement a homeowner can give.

I had Aquarius Home Services install a Kinetico water softener. It was the most transparent transaction I had had when hiring a company to install a water system. There was first a very informational meeting where my city water was tested to determine what kind of softener I would need - which I had no idea; and then the rep. took me through a detailed presentation of their water softener and pricing. Seriously painless! Within a few days someone was out to install the system and I was very satisfied by the work put into the installation. Great water system for a decent price! I would definitely hire Aquarius again for any future services. Thank you!!

Aquarius comes through for us again! Our sump pump quit and we had Josiah to the rescue within 24 hours of calling for help! He was prompt, courteous, efficient and professional. Got the problem identified and solved quickly, and cleaned up behind himself. It was a stinky, messy job but he dug right in! We have used Aquarius for several projects now, and they also installed and maintain our whole-home water treatment system. There may well be less expensive options out there, but every single job they have completed in our home has been very well done by an experienced professional. The quality of the work and the confidence the fix will last is well worth the cost. Highly recommend!
