Please do NOT rent from these people! Yea the apartments are spacious and quiet for the most part but management is incredibly HORRIBLE. For the last 2 years they've increased the rent with NO improvements to the property. There are NO amenities. One washer/dryer on each floor, no elevators, no gym, nothing else. Nothing ever gets done on time. Save yourself the trouble and money.

Moved in not that long ago, it's been a great experience! My kids love it here, it's very family oriented place with lots of children around. The manager is great, does a great job at keeping an eye out on behalf of our safety and our kids safety. She's really great with all of the kids here and has a lot of respect and understanding for such a diverse community!

The new manager Angelica is amazing and does an absolutely wonderful job! The property manager is another story...she is never around when needed and always has her daughter with her! Maintenance could be a lil more prompt and have more knowledge about what they are doing as well. Angelica is the most amazing manager this property has had in the years that I have lived here and she is making a true difference.

The apartments are nice and safe environment however, the property management is lacking a lot. We constantly ask for keys for a garage and they still haven’t done anything. It’s been almost two months. Imagine if we had a leaking toilet, it would probably would take forever to get fixed! Property manager is very unprofessional.
