Management does not care about anything but getting the rent. They do not fix anything. have had pealing paint and water damage and mold in the bathroom for over 3 years. A broken dishwasher, Broken toilet that half the time will not fill with water in the tank or flush. This place has gotten so bad i would go so far as to say it's run by slum lords.

Slumlords. Don't move into any of their properties, I can pretty much guarantee you'll regret it.

For the simple reason their shysters and really know how to bait and switch. Their maintenance is virtually a step backwards and it seems they have no care in the world other than making money. I'd would strongly recommend you be untrusting of what they tell you; you might be entering the twilight zone. In all I've dealt with some less than honest management company's but this one takes the cake. BE WARNED!

I have been living in an apartment managed by kJ for awhile. I have been happy with all of the amenities and my apartment is nice. The repair people are not fast but still get the repairs done that are needed. Management is really good and friendly.

Hi my name is Sena and been living there since 2009 and my landlord is the best Laurel goes beyond to make me comfortable she does everything i adk her to do. She is the best. I love her and my apartment number is 1470 apt 105. And i will recommend anyone to stay there she the best landlord ever. My guest is there for a little she has no say so about my place
