We’ve used City2Lake for all of our home sales and purchases, but I came to Justin for a very different and emotional sale. With the loss of a family member, it was time for the family house to be sold. The house was in rough shape and we didn’t know where to start, so we reached out to Justin as he’s been a family friend and great on our last transactions. He admitted to a lack comfort with pricing this house as it wasn’t a traditional home, but he had a list of resources that came through in spades. The house was listed and sold within 3 days, over ask and WELL over what we thought the house was worth. Beyond the financial gains, his sensitivity and care to the situation that we were unfortunately put in was why we would never look for another realtor company.
