In the time that I did live here I never had any issues. The management and care takers were always on point and helpful. The tenants appear to be friendly and the kids seem to play out together without any issues. Parking is great! I think the only issue I had was moving in furniture; the hallways are a bit tight. But overall I was a happy camper.

Currently living here and thank goodness my lease is ending. There's roaches here and when I first mentioned it, the manager was surprised and said no one ever brought it to her attention before, the hallway smells like weed, people would be loud as heck outside late at night and it is definitely over priced for a tiny place with no amenities. With all that, good thing is that the managers are great though.

Lived here back in 2013-2014, it was an okay place - The management was in transition so we didn't really get to know the new managers but they seemed nice. There was a horrible bug problem. We didn't have any rodents/mice issue (reading some of the reviews) THANK GOD. Our neighbors were nice and friendly. Neighborhood is a bit ghetto, there was police sirens going off at night. My husband's car got stolen, there wasn't any cameras in the parking lot so management didn't do much to help.

I've lived here almost 2 years I'm currently still here very good management I never had roaches I did have these little fruit flies but my place has been exterminated twice and I dDon' have them anymore. I like it
