I feel truly blessed to have found Maplewood Apartments and to have been able to live here and I know its because Neitra went above and beyond to help me move in. Her professionalism made the entire process go so smooth and on top of that, she's the sweetest and most kind person. The apartments are very nice and super affordable! I still can't believe how quiet it is all the time!! I don't even plan on leaving. I can see myself here for a very long time.

I wasn't overly impressed with the apartment complex but I was extremely impressed with Neitra Fourte. after living in the complex for about 3 months I started working with her on any maintenance calls or anything else that I needed. she was there almost always to take my call and when she wasn't she would get back to me within a fairly quick amount of time. She answered my questions and even ran a few things up to the apartment for me in the cold which she didn't have to do. She was very very pleasant to work with.

U pay a LOT FOR RENT and it take forever to get something fixed, locks on doors barely work , carpet in hallways are from the70s .

Maplewood Apartments has great ratings from me first and foremost the management is wonderful and helpful. When I first viewed the property I was met at the door by on of the nicest person. Who is one of the managers. Neitra was her name. her personality help make my decision. I have great hopes and respect for this property I would most definitely refer someone to this property.

Me and my family have really enjoyed living here. We live in the back by the pond and love seeing our daily wildlife. Our building is really quiet and the few neighbors we have met have been friendly. The new manager Neitra has been very quick to respond to any problems we have had. The only complaint we have is the limited amount of parking spaces.
